2010 Sponsorships available:

Royal Sponsor $950

• Free display stall
• TWO free stalls included in the ARENA 
• Full Page color ad in showbook
•  Check - in, inside arena next to stall, color check here as well. Pull trailer directly up to your stall to load and unload.
• Participation in the sponsor slide show on website, scroll down for details
• Banner space in the show ring 
• Link to your farm website on our website with your sponsor listing

• Announcements made throughout the duration of the show

Peach Sponsor $650

• Two free stalls in the ARENA (end caps are reserved for Royal Sponsors.  There may be a few end caps available and they will be given to the Peach Sponsors that have paid first).
• Half Page color ad in showook
• Expedited Check-In
• Pull into arena near stall for unload/loading
• Participation in the sponsor slide show on website, scroll down for details
• Banner space in the show ring
• Link to your farm website on our website with your sponsor listing
• Listing in Show Book

Magnolia Sponsor $300

• One free stall in Barn One (There are 10 bonus end caps available facing Walker Arena, they will be distributed on a first pay, first serve basis).
• Quarter Page color ad in showbook
• Participation in the sponsor slide show on website, scroll down for details
• Expedited check  in.
• Banner space in the show ring
• Announcements made throughout the duration of the show
• Listing in Show Book
• Link to your farm website on our website with your sponsor listing

Wild Azalea Sponsor $150

• Business card color ad in showbook
• Announcements made throughout the duration of the show
• Preferred stalling in Barn One/Barn Two (after Magnolia)
• link to farm website on our website with your sponsor listing

Class Sponsor  $50 or Championship Sponsor $75

• Farm name and town printed in class listings next to the class title in bold lettering
• Listing in Show Book
• Announcements - when class is called the first time the announcer will mention sponsor’s farm and town
• When winners are announced they will mention your farm again

Other ways you can help make the Royal Alpaca Challenge a fabulous event

• Sponsor a quantity of show packet totes (50 or 100 bags)
• Sponsor the wine/beer or appetizers at the Sponsor Hour
• Sponsor the performance classes so we can give the young participants a dollar prize along with a ribbon
• Sponsor GAA or Royal Alpaca Challenge Logo candy, pens etc to be put in show packs
• Sponsor the entertainment at the Royal Alpaca Challenge Party

As a Sponsor of one of these items your farm will be acknowledged on the show homepage of the website, via enactments made throughout the show, and a thank you to your farm in the showbook.

Sponsor Slide Show

The top three level sponsors will be invited to submit pictures of their farms; herdsires, animals, whatever they feel best represents your farm. The pictures will be part of a slide show posted on The GAA/show website....groovy jazz tunes will accompany the slide show.

• Royal Sponsors can submit: up to SIX photos (72 dpi preferred), please specify caption, if any. Also please send 72 jpeg of your farm logo.
• Peach Sponsors can submit: up to FOUR photos (72 dpi preferred), please specify caption, if any. Also please send 72 jpeg of your farm logo.
• Magnolia Sponsors can submit:  up to TWO photos (72 dpi preferred), please specify caption, if any. Also please send 72 jpeg of your farm logo.
