"The GAA Fiber Connection" Booth

The GAA Fiber Connection is a resource for alpaca fiber enthusiasts in Georgia. We are here to connect them with you - the local alpaca farmer selling yarn, raw fiber, roving, batting and hand made alpaca products.

SOMETHING NEW! We appreciate our members, and to show it, we are NOT charging a 10% commission on products from our GAA members sold in “THE FIBER CONNECTION” booth at the Royal Alpaca Challenge. As an organization our ultimate goal is to help you make contacts, and help you sell your fiber products. The Royal Alpaca Challenge marketing team will be marketing to many fiber arts guilds, yarn shops and knitting groups in the Atlanta area and our hope is to help you make the connections you need to make sales to these fiber enthusiasts.

What do you need to do to enter products?

  1. Fill out the GAA FIBER CONNECTION form ( link to the downloadable form below)
  2. Make two copies, keep one and hand one in with your products Friday at Check-in.
  3. Everything must be double tagged with your farm name and price (you can use attached tags or make your own).
  4. Sign release form and drop it off with your fiber connection form when dropping off your product for the store.
  5. Consider volunteering for the store. We need help with set up, booth watchers and tear down. The only way we can continue to offer this service to you is if we have the volunteers to run it!! If you would like to volunteer, please contact Holly: williams@alpacamoon.com
