Vendor Space

~Sorry no Food Vendors accepted.

NEW for 2011.  We have an assigned volunteer (our Vendor Angel) that will gladly booth sit for you if you need to step away from your booth.  Or if you need our Vendor Angel to get you some food from the food vendor, etc, she will be checking in on you throughout the show to be sure you have everything you need!

Also NEW:  Our sponsors will all receive gift coupons to be spent in your booths!  This guarantees these sponsors will be shopping in your booths and spending money!

Two Vendor Space Options are Available for 2011:

• Arena Vendor
  The arena is a very large open sided space. This year there will be three options for vendors in the arena area.  One will be along the opposite side of the bleachers on a cement pad that is approximately 14 feet wide.  The other is on the cement pad just barely under the roof overhang on the walkway heading towards the restrooms, silent auction and other show functions. The third is if exhibitors would like to use one of their sponsor stalls for vending, you can pay a small vending fee of $35 to do so.   Tent rental is also available this year, please see below for all pricing:

$75   for a 14 x 12 space
$8 fee per table reserved
$15 electrical fee, Chairs are free. 
$75 tent rental
$20 two sides for tent or $40 all sides (can zip up to secure at night) 
$35 vending fee if using existing sponsor stalling in arena

Fiber Lounge, Fiber Arts Demonstrations and Spin-Off Display Room.

This space is not quite as fancy as the Carriage Room, but we plan to host our fiber lounge, a few free seminars, fiber arts demonstrations and the spin-off in this room.  It  is located next to the arena, across from the Carriage room. The space is  carpeted, well lit and locked at night.   Booth space is 10x10, electricity included. Lots of posted signs will lead the people to this indoor space.

Weather

It is usually very comfortable alpaca sweater weather in November in Georgia. Great conditions to sell all those fuzzy wears!

Vendor Marketing and Appreciation

We have an expansive public marketing plan and expect lots of local visitors.  Atlanta is only 28 minutes away. We will also be hosting a “Sponsor Hour” with light appetizers, beer and wine in the arena to promote the vendors and sponsors.
